How long does it take to ship the fishing lures?
We will send your item(s) out to ship in 1-2 business days.
Are there refunds on any tackle?
We allow refunds on unused products. Meaning if you are not satisfied with the color or appearance in general, you can return for a full refund.
What do I do if I never received my order?
Use the contact us menu to get in touch with us personally and we will work together to figure out what happened in the shipping process of your fishing tackle product(s).
What if I forget my username or password?
Use the forgot my username or password button and you will receive an email allowing you to reset your password. If you need assistance, feel free to use the contact us page for help.
Is your product durable?
We’ve personally tested our product against other products of the same appearance and we strongly feel our soft plastics fishing bait are very durable.
Can the item be sent back to be melted and made again?
No, we cannot melt the soft plastic bait again. They will have to be purchased again.
